On Friday and Saturday, February 26 and 27 Sensei Cline, one of only two women to hold the rank of 7th degree black belt in the world and the only women to be a part of the International Shotokan Karate Federation technical committee was in Kalispell to conduct clinics and test students at the Kalispell ISKF of MT dojo for advancement.
